This unit does what it’s supposed to do. It boosts the signal using its two antennas. My only problem is that I have to set my phone close to the indoor antenna to get the full signal strength and the further I move away, the more my network drops. It’s great though because I still manage to have cellular service in the house something I didn’t have before.

Very easy to set up if you are somewhat handy. You do not have to be a technical genius to get it to work, it is truly plug and play. The interior antenna does not give as strong of a signal as I thought it would. It still gets the job done for my house.

Well to be honest at first I was not a happy bunny, as I could not get through to the 24 hour help line and leaving messages that no one answered. But that was that and after a bit of two and growing I must admit with help and yes a bit of understanding I am more than happy to say I have an excellent phone signal and I am very happy with what I have. It is behind the TV and is discreet but gives me 4 yes 4 bar when I had NO service at all, my wife gets a MAX 5 very very good thank you.

Improved the signal strength for Telsta and Vodafone networks to a useable level within the house. Fairly straight forward to install, the most difficult part being fitting the external antenna to a suitably high location on the house and then routing the cable inside. I've been using for 3 months no with no problems.

So, we live in an area where cell phone coverage is quite limited. When I purchased this device, I finally got the answer to my problems. However, a weekend after installing and pointing its antenna towards the nearest cell tower, it struggled. I realized that there was a party in the area and after calling customer care they weren't hesitant to tell me that the party made the signal weaker. They were very helpful and offered all the support you could want when I had issues trying to get the unit to work, Unfortunately, I discovered that I live in a Black spot, and no one in the neighbourhood got mobile signals - they all used wi-fi calling. So I had to return the unit. The refund was the same day They received it back, including the return postage. I cannot praise Them enough, a good Company to do business with.
